REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
The registration fee provides complete access to Triennial XIII, including seminars, worship sessions with keynote speakers, and a five-meal package.
The cost of housing at the Omni Shoreham Hotel is separate from the registration fee. For more information on booking a room at the Omni Shoreham Hotel, go to the Travel Info page.
Tours may be purchased at an additional rate for those who are registered for the Triennial conference.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:
REQUESTS FOR FULL OR PARTIAL REFUNDS
Requests for full or partial refunds of the Triennial XIII registration fees must be made in writing and mailed, faxed or emailed to the registrar at:

All cancellation notifications will be acknowledged upon receipt. If an acknowledgment is not sent, that means that the cancellation request was not received. All cancellation requests will be processed according to the date the request was received by the registrar using the following schedule:
On or before December 31, 2009: full refunds (less $50 processing fee)
January 1, 2010 - March 31, 2010: 80% refunded
April 1, 2010 - June 30, 2010: 60% refunded
After June 30, 2010: No refunds except medical emergencies*
If you experience a medical emergency requiring a cancellation request, you will receive a full refund if notified before July 19, 2010.
*All medical emergencies require a statement from the registrant’s physician providing information regarding the inability of the registrant to participate. The registrant must notify the registrar prior to July 19, 2010 of the medical emergency. If not, the registration fee minus the cost of the meals ($120) will be refunded.
Registrants who cancel after June 30, 2010 or who do not attend Triennial XIII forfeit the full registration fee.
All refunds will be issued within 30 days after Triennial XIII concludes.
RETURNED CHECKS
In the event a check is returned for any reason, the registrar reserves the right to cancel the registration. The individual or group may re-register however; the cost will include an additional $50 for bank cost for the returned check. The individual or group is also subject to the current fee schedule in place at the time re-registration occurs.
CANCELLATION OF GROUP REGISTRATION FEES
If you received a group discount, any canceled registration within your group MUST be transferred to a new attendee, and will incur a $ 50 processing fee. There are no cancellations after 6/30/2010. In the event that the group drops below the minimum number of registrants, the entire group will no longer be eligible for the discounted group rate and will be subject to the current fee schedule in place at the time re-registration occurs.
CANCELLATION OF LIMITED SPECIAL REGISTRATION FEES
The limited special registration fee is not refundable or transferable.
